HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Every effort is made to ensure that your order is dispatched within 5-14 business days of order paid by credit/debit card, subject to events that are beyond our reasonable control.
Some orders can be further delayed because some products come from an outside source i.e. out of town, out of state, or out of the country! If your ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will try to contact you by email to let you know, we will back order for you and dispatch your order as soon as possible. We ship all Continental USA orders by USPS Post Office from Texas. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Orders may take up to 15 business days (3 weeks) for delivery. This is the case regardless of which shipping method you have chosen. In light of these delivery times, you accept that time is not of the essence although we will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and your Goods delivered as quickly as possible.
When your goods are dispatched you will receive an email advising you of the USPS tracking number which you may use to trace your order. FREE SHIPPING and Postage Methods
UNLESS YOU HAVE SELECTED THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING. Free shipping is USPS post only although we reserve the right to occasionally upgrade your shipping to a faster carrier. USPS parcel post can take 10 to 15 business days to delivery from leaving Monsterhair. Free Shipping does not apply to any orders outside of the U.S. Postage will be added to such orders as a separate charge. Boxes under 3lb may be sent by Priority Mail, all boxes over 3lb will be shipped by USPS parcel post. All 25oz bottles or larger are subject to a $1.50 weight fee per bottle shipped which may be added after your order has shipped. We do have a small handling packaging fee $4.97 which is added to each order at checkout.
WHERE WILL THE GOODS BE DELIVERED?
The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in your order. Parcels may require a signature on delivery. If you will not be at your home address during normal office hours, you may wish to give us an alternative delivery address, such as a work address. Please ensure we have the full address including your correct ZIP code and a contact telephone number.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us in accordance with the Damaged Goods policy below and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from monsterhair.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please keep in mind when ordering solid products some items may freeze or melt while in transit his is not our fault and we cannot be held responsible for replacing said items if they melt or freeze during shipment. We are not responsible for the weather! Orders out side the continental USA will be shipped by USPS unless customer wants 2nd day air (U.S. territories only). We reserve the right not to process any order if we suspect that a credit card is stolen or being used fraudulently. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BUSINESS TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG GOODS OR THEY ARE DAMAGED WHEN THEY ARRIVE?
When purchasing an iron from
monsterhair.com you understand that due to cosmetology regulations; flat
irons and brushes are personal items that are non-refundable and
non-returnable. This does not include defective products.
You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of Goods. The Goods should be promptly sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. Please send to Returns Dept.. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement. PLEASE NOTE- opened items may NOT be returned. If the item is not in resaleable condition, it cannot be returned. To return an item to our company, to please follow the steps below:Obtain a Return Authorization number. Pack the goods securely they must be unused and in their original packaging together with the invoice form supplied with the delivery. If you do not have the original invoice you must include you name and full contact details. We cannot credit you if we do not know who you are!Ship via a traceable method to ensure our receipt of goods. This must be within 15 working days from receipt of the GoodsKeep a record of the method and date of your return shipment in case of any transit problems. On March 9, 1998, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of hair and skin care distributors and consumers: In a unanimous ruling, the US Supreme Court, 118 S.Ct.1125 (1998), found that once a lawful sale of a copyrighted item has occurred, the Copyright Act's prohibition against unauthorized distribution is inapplicable to a domestic or foreign distributor who decides resell the item in venues other than those intended by the manufacturer of hair care or cosmetic goods. In the court's opinion: "Once the copyright owner places a copyrighted item in the stream of commerce by selling it, he has exhausted his statutory right to control its distribution." Manufactures who do not allow internet sales of their products are in violation of US anit-trust laws. Any company who contacts Monsterhair.com Inc about removing products from the website will immediately be reported to the FTC.gov for criminal violation of the Clayton Act. By limiting product from internet sales it inevitable makes the price go up, therefore this is considered price fixing.
